Strategy and Action Plans

Our bespoke Strategy and Action Plan service is designed specifically for local councils, Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and estates to create long-term strategies and action plans to tackle pollution, congestion, road safety and carbon emissions across a specific area.

We begin by working with key stakeholders such as business owners, local residents, or schools to understand current travel patterns, accessibility issues and any other feedback that will help shape an action plan.

The information is then reviewed to identify key trends, relationships, and opportunities for change. The analysis we conduct can be more thematic or quantitative based on the project aims and overall requirements.

The findings are then provided in a final report along with a series of recommendations as part of the action plan. Our team can also provide further support after the project to implement the recommendations and give ongoing guidance.

Cadogan and King’s Road Partnership

In this project, we completed 250 in-person surveys with businesses from across the Cadogan Estate and King’s Road Partnership area to gather a detailed understanding of freight and logistics trips. After conducting the surveys, we performed an analysis on the information provided and proposed potential measures to reduce congestion and air pollution in the area.
